Shameless is a family drama series produced by Showtime, adapted from the British series of the same name. The show tells the story of the Gallagher family living in a poor community in the South Side of Chicago. The father, Frank, is an alcoholic, drug addict and a good-for-nothing. The mother, Monica, left home early, leaving six children to fend for themselves. The eldest daughter, Fiona, takes on the responsibility of looking after her younger siblings. They struggle to survive in an environment filled with crime, drugs and poverty, and fight against the hardships of life in their own way.
