Season 2 of Tulsa King picks up with Dwight "The General" Manfredi having been betrayed by his girlfriend Daisy and incarcerated, awaiting trial. While in prison, he spots a business opportunity from a conversation with a fraudster who defrauded the government for subsidies using a wind power plant. This gives Dwight the idea to use a wind farm to expand his business.
